Open UI: Layout of Form Applets Differs from High Interactivity

Information in this document applies to any platform.
There are differences on form applets between Open UI and High Interactivity (HI). Controls in Open UI are not in the same positions as in HI: large spaces exist.
One example from the vanilla SRF is Service Request Detail Applet in the Service Request Detail View where the "Summary" field is detached from the corresponding Label, as shown below:
