The IOS Siebel Application 2.16.10 Is Not Working.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The IOS Siebel Application 2.16.10 is not working on Siebel IP2015 PS10.

Customer were using IOS container for siebel Mobile Application version 2.0.12 to use in IPADs.

Recently they have upgraded one of the iPad to 2.16.10 to test the newer version. The application is not opening in the newer version of the app. Current application is working in older version still.

also, have tested the newer application with a complete vanilla siebel environment. the newer version is not working there as well.(fresh environement with vanila mobile component, vanila database)

 Error is when we try to open the app. the login page is coming. but they are not able to login and get the home page. The application try to logon by default, when it faile it will give the login page and when enter the credentials and click on the login button , the login page simply becomes unresponsive.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Siebel  Mobile Application App new version should work on Ip2015.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the New Siebel Mobile App 2.16.10 from App Store.
2. Configure the setup.
3. Launch the Mobile App and enter user credentials.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Siebel Mobile App.
