Applet User Property "CanInvokeMethod" Issue under "Service Request" Context (Doc ID 2206886.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

Context is under Siebel Public sector - 15.7 and the requirement is to inactivate "CreateCase" button when status is "Closed".

Created:
  1. A User property: CanInvokeMethod: CreateCase with value "[Status] <> LookupValue("SR_STATUS","Completed")"
  2. A State model

Button is still active.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

Button should be conditionally disabled/active.

STEPS:

1. BC: "Service Request" > Add Calculated Field "Calculated_Status" with Force Active set to TRUE and value:


RESULTS:

The condition works fine for the Custom Method and for the New Record method. The other 3 method, even though they are vanilla, they are not disabling accordingly.
