Symptoms
When attempting to select a screen from drop down menu of application page tab, the following error occurs:
"Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of null"
STEPS
1. Login to Siebel application using Chrome browser.
2. From the Pagetab pulldown menu, try to select the screen.
3. From the Developer tools of browser-->Console, observe the error message.
