Users seeing blank Home Screen upon login after applying Patch Set 12 Siebel CRM IP 2015 Version.
Need to refresh IE browser twice to get a normal home screen displayed.
Issue is seen with IE browser only. Home Screen is displayed correctly with Firefox and Chrome browser. Issue is reproducible whenever users clear the cache on IE browser.
