Siebel OUI: Activity Last Updated values being set when records are viewed.

It appears that under Sales Orders/Sales Order Line Items/Activities when using the OUI version that sometimes (the customer is not exactly clear on the circumstances) the Activity Last Updated are getting set - even though the user is not updating the records.

It has been 'reproduced' by the customer in test and the problem is something like after user access the Order Line Item/Activities then they sometimes get their Last Updated staff changed in OUI.

This is an area of functionality that has been static for a while, and has just been identified (users have been running both HI and OUI for a while).
Customer is running ENU version.

Note that the customer could not reproduce with standard .srf but could not find a more suitable type.

Activity Last Updated values should not be set when records are viewed.
