On :  8.1.1.11.17 [IP2013] version, Siebel Marketing

Siebel Marketing Error during Marketing Campaign Launch

When executing a Campaign Launch, the following error is seen for a specific Campaign:

Error invoking service 'Wave Execution', method 'SendOffers' at step 'Send Offers / Vendor Lists'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

There were more rows than could be returned.  Please refine your query to bring back fewer rows(SBL-DAT-00500)

Other Campaigns are working fine.

To reproduce, perform a Campaign Launch on the Campaign having issues.
