After upgrade from 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168.0.0 (IP 2016). Database Extract fails with:
"SBL-SCL-00139: Internal: preprocess of decryption input failed"
As per "DB EXTRACT IP 2015 Failed (Doc ID 2066859.1)" this issue should have been fixed in IP 2016.
