Symptoms

WfProcMgr going in hung state in PROD showing status as ' Logging in to Object Manager Workflow'

When the issue reported, srvrmgr status of workflow as shown

All the tasks status with "Logging in to Object Manager" and until unless re-start of workflow component is performed, it is not taking any tasks . During this hang is reported, no logs are created for workflow components.
