ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Email Notifications for Time sheets

As per the default workflow "Time Sheet Process", when the status(Submitted, Approved, Rejected .etc) of the Time Sheets are updated the user should be getting an email notification for the same.

The SMTP profile has been configured and we are able to send F9 emails. But Timesheet related automatic emails are not being received.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Emails should be received for timesheets related events

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in to Siebel
2. Submit a timesheet
3. email is not received

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot receive emails for timesheets
