After upgrading from Siebel 18.104.22.168 to IP15, Loyalty Batch Engine throws the below error and does not process the Queued Transaction
SBL-LTY-00163: Work object with ID <?> not found.
SBL-DBC-00111: An error has occurred writing to a record.
