On : 16.5 [IP2016] version, System Admin

When attempting to perform a search in Siebel application,
the following error occurs.

SBL-DAT-00227: Unable to create the Business Service '<?>'


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Integrate Siebel with OSES
2. Log into Siebel application
3. Enter search text in a single field to search across OSES search engine
