On : 8.1.1.7 [21238] version, Siebel Workflow

We are facing performance issues with WorkMon, it does not process in time the incoming volume in s_escl_req. In addition at times it stops processing records and has to be restarted. Attaching an indicative log of the process (log level 5) and siebns.dat

In the file WorkMon_0015_15728642.log we see the following which matches the Doc description

SBL-SRB-00047 : Could Not Route Message To XXX with registered key (null) (Doc ID 1584692.1)
