Unable To Import Data Into S_NAV_LINK_LANG Using EIM (Doc ID 2215814.1)

Symptoms

Siebel 15.10 [IP2015] version, EIM

 While trying to insert records into S_NAV_LINK_LANG table using EIM process,  the following error is displayed:

[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'CONFLICT_ID', table 'dbo.S_NAV_LINK_LANG'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
