LDAP SSL is Failing with Error "SBL-SEC-10001" (Doc ID 2216409.1)

Symptoms

LDAP SSL is failing with error "SBL-SEC-10001" with IP16 environment.

LDAP SSL was working fine with IBM LDAP client with previous versions.

Now environment is upgraded from 8.1.1.14 PatchSet10 to IP 16 Patchset7. As part of upgrade, Oracle LDAP client shipped along with the installer and created the wallet .

After this, unable to access Siebel Application with LDAP SSL.

ldapbind & ldapsearch to SSL port are successful.


Also applied SHA-2 path for Oracle LDAP Client Version: 12.1.0.1.0 with Patch 22494866

SBL-SEC-10001: An internal error has occurred within the authentication subsystem for the Siebel application. Please contact your system administrator for assistance.
