Buttons Are Not At The Same Place At OUI

Why are buttons moved from left in HI to right in OUI under HEB?
Applets: SIS Account Entry Applet
SIS Account List Applet
STEPS | NAVIGATION:
1. Go to Accounts > Accounts List
2. Check position for Vanilla buttons
#2. Buttons are on the right side for HI and Open UI as well
3. Add a new button under "SIS Account List Applet" and "SIS Account Entry Applet"
4. Compile changes in HEB
5. Tested again for HI and Open UI
#5. All buttons are on the right on HEB.
Checking ENU (compiled for this as well) - buttons are on the left.
