On : 15.10 [IP2015] version, Siebel Marketing, Scheduled Stage Execution Stuck ‘In Progress’ Status
Usually the first step for the Program Plans is the Stage Execution, which some times(NOT all the times) fails when execution the vanilla Business Service 'Stage Execution' and remains in Progress instead of "Error" or "Completed"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Program Flow
2. Add a Stage, Campaign, etc
3. Schedule the Program
4. Check it execution status. It is In Progress
