Cannot Navigate Applet Menu When Using Keyboard - First Letter Not Working (Doc ID 2218234.1)

On : [IP2014] version, Client Functionality

When the applet menu displays and there are two or more options beginning with the same letter, the menu does not work properly since it does not go to the second option when the first initial is pressed.

1. Go to Service Request screen.
2. From the Service Request List Applet, press the Menu option.
3. Press 'N' from the keyboard.

Result: The first record is highlighted.

4. Press 'N' again from the keyboard.

Result:  The focus does not move to the second menu option. Users cannot use the keyboard to navigate through the applet menu.
