Performance Issue When Adding Product Through Method AddToCart From Quote Catalog View (Doc ID 2219291.1)

Symptoms

Adding a Product using "Add Item" button on Quote Catalog List Applet OUI Dropdown applet is taking more time to add Product to Quote Line Item. Add Item button invokes method "AddToCart"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Siebel Application>>Navigate to Quote Screen
  2. Drilldown Quote number on Quote List Applet
  3. It will Navigate to "Quote browse catalog" view
  4. Select desired Catalog from drop down in "Quote Catalog List Applet OUI Dropdown"
  5. Add a product from "Add Item" button in applet "Quote Catalog Product List Applet - Add to Cart Tree"
  6. System is taking more time to add product
