ISSUE STATEMENT:

Siebel 16.6 has been installed as well as IBM MQ Series 8.0.0.5 on the same Siebel server machine. Afterwards, MQ queue manager, queues, Siebel Named Subsystems, etc. were created to connect to the MQ queue manager/queues. When starting the Siebel MQSeriesRcvr component task to read from the MQ queue manager/queue, the Siebel task fails with an error.

The issue happens in Development environment.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
---------------------------------
The behaviour occurs as follows:

1. Install and configure Siebel 16.6.
2. Install IBM MQ Series 8.0.0.5 on the same Siebel server machine.
3. Create IBM MQ queue manager, queues.
4. Create Siebel Named Subsystems, parameters, etc. to connect to the MQ queue manager/queues.
5. Start a task for the Siebel MQSeriesRcvr component task to read from the MQ queue manager/queue, the Siebel task fails with an error.

LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY / BUSINESS IMPACT:

Due to the error, it is not possible to start the development at all and thus impacting critical project timelines.
