When attempting to load a campaign, the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a campaign
2. Associate a segment that contains a very large number of contacts/prospects
3. Make sure the size of the file of the imported contacts is over 100mb
4. Run the campaign load
5. Error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run campaigns
