SIS OM Customer Account Portal View: New button on Asset Applet Throws Error SBL-BPR-00101

On : 16.7 [IP2016] version, Order Management
When attempting to create new asset on Asset Applet,
the following error occurs.
 Error running sub-process 'SIS OM Active Order Sub-Process' at step 'Get Active Order'. (SBL-BPR-00183)
 Error updating business component at step 'Set Currency Code'. (SBL-BPR-00187)
 This error is returned when the workflow/task is executing the siebel operation business service. (SBL-BPR-00100)
 No Primary Row found in 'Order Entry - Orders' for Siebel Operation. (SBL-BPR-00101)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create a new Account in Siebel
- Select EUR as Currency
- Select Account Type=Residential
- Navigate to SIS OM Customer Account Portal View
- Create New Order by pushing button “New”
- Error message will be displayed
