Siebel eMail Response CommInboundReceiver Has Problems When Processing Spam Emails (Doc ID 2221565.1)

Siebel Email Response - Version 8.1.1.5 SIA [21229] and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
It was found out that when any spam / bad emails come in the Inbox, the Communication Inbound Processor (CIR) crashes and all the subsequent emails DO NOT get processed in Production.
Need to remove these bad emails from the Inbox folder and restart the CIR component to resume the process.

Symptoms

 CommInboundReceiver component is unable to process/handle spam emails
