We have found out that when any spam / bad emails come in the Inbox, the Communication Inbound Processor (CIR) crashes and all the subsequent emails DO NOT get processed in Production. So, currently we have to remove these bad emails from the Inbox folder and restart the CIR component to resume the process. Please advise how to resolve this issue permanently. I have attached some of the bad emails sample here for you to review them.
