Dates Updated at Promotion Level Do Not Propagate to Category and Promoted Product Level

On : 16.6 [IP2016] version, Consumer Goods
Dates updated at Promotion Level do not propagate to the Category and Promoted Product Level.
When the dates (Consumption, Promotion, Shipment) are updated at the promotion level, these changes are not propagated to the category and promoted product level.
1. Create a new Promotion and set shipment dates.
2. Create a new Promoted Category: -shipment dates are pre-defaulted with Promotion Shipment dates.
3. Associate Promoted Products: shipment dates are pre-defaulted with Promotion Shipment dates.
4. Change Promotion Shipment dates.
Result: Promoted category and Promoted Products Shipment dates are not updated and the old values remain.
