Lead List Applet Not Opening In Query Mode (Doc ID 2222654.1)

Symptoms

When setting Auto Query Mode of "New Query", the Leads List Applet should work the same way as other Siebel List Applets.

In the case of the Leads List Applet, Regardless of the Auto Query Mode of "New Query" being set, the Leads List Applet does not open in Query Mode.
