Need Help To Review User Registration Workflows (Doc ID 2223042.1)

Symptoms

On : 16.0 [IP2016] version, Siebel Workflow

User Self Registration is not working. After completing the Self Registration process user is not logged in the application, instead only Thank you for registration message is displayed.


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 After completing the Self Registration process user is not logged in the application, instead only Thank you for registration message is displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 After completing the Self Registration process user should be logged into the application.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Click on new user and filled information
2.Then click on next: filled contact information
3.Clicked on next:Accepted terms and condition
4.Click on I agree terms then below confirmation page appears
5.Clicked on finish button then it stayed in below screen it self
