Siebel CTI Command Does Not Work, Command Data Parameter Using Macro Expansion Is Not Expanded Or Executed (Doc ID 2223241.1)

Siebel CTI Users trying to use blind transfer for employee command selecting from employees popup list fails.

The command blind transfer has two sub-commands, first one call a custom Business Services and second one execute the transfer. For the first command the values for the macro expansion are not gettting executing and the custom BS code receives as an argument the macro expansion and not the results of the macro.

For example the following command:

 When the first subcomand is executed calling Business Service Voice Integration method TestSetWorkItemAttr inside the script customer verified that input argument sttCTINumber has the phone number, but strWorkItemId has the string "{@SelectedWorkItem:WorkItemID}" so the macro has not been expanded or executed.
