Record Count Shortcut Is Not Working When Bookmark URL Is Used

Symptoms
STEP:
1. Login into the Siebel Application and Navigate to the Account Screen > My Account View and copy the URL
2. Do CTRL+SHIFT+3 which will show how many records are in the view.
3. Navigate to another view in our case I navigated to My Quote's View and did CTRL+SHIFT+3
4. Now in the Address bar typed following URL which was copied in (1)
http://machinename:portnumber/callcenter_enu/start.swe?SWECmd=GotoView&SWEView=Account+List+View
5. Which will navigate back to the My Account View. Here do the CTRL+SHIFT+3 again and it is not showing the record count.
