Mobile Touchscreen Device Does Not Show the Records Properly (Doc ID 2225851.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Mobile TouchScreen device does not show the records properly
For a mobile device, if you go to a list applet where you have only one 
record in the list, that record is not totally visible since the horizontal scrollbar is overlapping the record.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

For a mobile device, if you go to a list applet where you have only one 
record in the list, that record should be totally visible and the horizontal 
scrollbar should not overlap the record. 

STEPS

Issue could be replicated using a desktop client (in Chrome) and by using F12 to toggle device toolbar.
Select  the mobile 
version and then refreshed the browser. 

1) Go to Opportunities>> Opportunities List
2) Press Search button and try to introduce "Opportunity Name" field.
You will see that only half of the record is visible
