Error Installing Oracle LDAP CLient For Siebel (Doc ID 2226114.1)

On : 16.0 [IP2016] version, Security / Authentication

Error installing the Oracle LDAP CLient from Siebel Ip2016 Image on Oracle Linux 7, the error start during Library Linking process.

Below Error messages found in the Installation log :
