Siebel Database Upgrade Upgphys fails While Processing "Verify Repository After Upgrade", with DIC-03, Check DObj Rule Error (Doc ID 2226270.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to run Upgrade > Upgphys phase , it fails during the step Verify Repository After Upgrade. It may occur while running IRM or a Full Siebel db Upgrade.


The following errors occur in the log file upgphys_dev_<version-from>\output\postupg_dbchck.log

ERROR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced as following:


1. Run Siebel Database Configuration Wizard > Upgrade > Upgrep , repository merge and fullpublish using Siebel Tools  (for detailed information, read Siebel Database Upgrade Guide. If running IRM, read Chapter 13) sucessfully;
2. Run Siebel Database Configuration Wizard > Upgphys , choosing to "Verify Repository After Upgrade";
3. It stops on the step "Verify Repository After Upgrade".
