Drilling into Find Result Loads Empty Applet After IP2016 Upgrade

On : 16.5 [IP2016] version

Drilling into Find results should take the user to the record and the data must be visible on the resulting view.

When doing the drill down in FIND results, it loads an empty view. The issue is reproducible only in records which contain '+' sign in the row_id column.
E.g. 1+CJR8  

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In the Account List applet created a Record
2. From the back end changed the Row_id that contains plus character '1+QMD+ABCN'
Import the Record via EIM

3. Logged into the application again and click the Search Icon on the top.
4. Selected the Account and under the Account Name did the following search
5. Drilldown on the Record,  it loads an empty or blank view

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the detail record by drilldown from find result.
