JAWS Does Not Annouce The Error/warning Message In Siebel Error/warning Message Pop Ups. (Doc ID 2230034.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11.17 [IP2013] version, Client Functionality

JAWS does not annouce the error/warning message in Siebel error/warning message pop ups.
If we have some validations on a field and when an Error/Warning message is displayed on the screen by siebel, the same error message is not read by JAWS.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to any Screen
2. Create new record and try to save the record.
3. In contact Required field popup error message pops up , which is not read by Jaws as the focus in not on popup

Note: Same behavior is seen with NVDA tools
