Customer changed the application name of Siebel universal Agent to Siebel Universal Agent_Emp, compiled and pushed the srf. Customer also changed the application name in component parameters. But still don't see the changes in UI.
Tried the following as well,
1). Thin Client
Login with any other application as Admin (other than callcenter),
Navigate to Administration Server Configuration
Under Components query for Callcenter object manager
Under Parameters check "Application Name" set to "Siebel Universal Agent_Emp" If not set correctly
2) Open Siebel Tools, go to Application > Siebel Universal Agent, check out the project, and modify the Name parameter to the same value set on Administration – Server Configuration > Enterprises > Component Definitions > Component Parameters.
Compile the changes.
But still QA having issue of application name not changed.
Customer wanted to know why the above mentioned changes are not changing the Application Name.
