On : 8.1.1.14 [IP2014] version, System Admin

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to perform a siebel search no record is retrieved in siebel search results view

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When performing a siebel search, we expected to see the records indexed in OSES application

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Siebel application
2. Click on Magnifying glass icon
3. Select the search category
4. Enter the search criteria
5. Execute the search

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find any record indexed when using siebel search functionality (Siebel with OSES)
