Not able to add entry in Manifest Administration --> Files applet.
ERROR

Getting the below error - You have attempted to insert the value for column 'REPOSITORY_ID' in table 'S_UI_OBJ_EXP_FL' twice in the same statement.(SBL-DAT-00418)

1. Try to create a manifest record in files applet
