On : 15.5 [IP2015] version, System Admin

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users sometimes cannot login in Siebel application.

They can launch the Siebel login page but they are getting a blank page after enter the Siebel credentials


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should be able to log into Siebel application after providing the user credentials in Siebel login page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the Siebel login page
2. Enter user credentials
