Upgrade IP2015 -> IP2016 - UPG_DATA_AFTERSEED.SQL updates records containing only primary language LOV value (Doc ID 2232022.1)

Symptoms

During upgrade upgrade from IP2015 to IP2016 in multilingual environment with ENU (primary) and CSY (secondary) it has been noticed that upg_data_afterseed.sql script modifies only records matching 'Calendar and Activities' (this is the Display value for ENU) values in CAL_TYPE_CD column from S_EVT_ACT table and records containing Kalendar a aktivity (this is the Display value for CSY) were not touched.
