CRM Desktop: How To Schedule Automatic Synchronization At Night (Doc ID 2232423.1)

Goal

Customer is having a business requirements to have Full Synch at midnight, and not in 24 hours after install (which is mid of the day).

How to Schedule Automatic Synchronization At Night in CRM Desktop?

Customer added this tag to siebel_meta_info.xml, but it's not work. I.e. synchronization won't start at midnight.
