Browser Tab Not Updated After Drilling Down With New Data

Symptoms

The Browser Tab does not update after drilling down with new data.
 
STEPS
1. Launch application using IE 11.
2. Go to Accounts.
3. Search for Account A.
4. Drill down on Account A.

Result:  The IE browser tab shows Account A, as expected.

5.  Search for Account B.
6.  Drill down on Account B.

Result: The IE browser tab continues to shows Account A, rather than showing Account B, the new data.

This is confusing for the users who might work on data associated with the wrong customer.
