Impossible To Do Query On CTI Popup Windows

In Siebel OpenUI with Siebel CTI Toolbar when the user clicks on the MakeCall button a list applet is opened with the Employees records.
This is the pop up ACD Transfer Call Applet.
The user want to do a New Query on this applet and use the hotkey ALT+Q, but when it click on ALT+Q the list applet does NOT enter in New Query mode. In fact the list applet on the main Siebel window behind the pop up applet is the one who enter in New Query mode. But this applet can not even be edited since the pop up applet ACD Transfer Call Applet is opened.
