After upgrading, there are issues with tree applets in Product Administration - Product Definitions.
After drilling down on the Workspace version, users receive an Unresponsive script error for all large roots. CPU on the client increases to 100%.
When users try to configure some smaller root, it is fine; however, most configuration is done on major roots and this causes a huge performance issue.
This tree applet loads all constraints, linked items etc.
Please advise how to optimize tree applet loading.
No error, High CPU produced
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Product Administration - Product Definitions
2. Drill down on Workspace version
Result: Unresponsive script error for all large roots
