Bad Performance When Loading Tree Applet In Product Worskspace (Doc ID 2233695.1)

Symptoms

On :  16.5 [IP2016] version, System Admin

After upgrading, there are  performance issues with tree applets in Product Administration - Product Definitions.

After drilling down on the Workspace version, users receive an Unresponsive script error for all large roots. CPU on the client increases to 100%.

When users try to configure some smaller root, it is fine; however, most configuration is done on major roots and this causes a huge performance issue.

This tree applet loads all constraints, linked items etc.


ERROR
No error, High CPU produced

STEPS
1. Navigate to Product Administration - Product Definitions
2. Drill down on Workspace version

Result: Unresponsive script error for all large roots
