On : 8.1.1.14.5 [IP2014] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Section 508 accessibility compliant issue in Siebel Open UI version 8.1.1.14.5 .When using Internet Explorer IE 11 and JAWS 17, All the dropdowns are incorrectly announced as INPUT elements rather than SELECT elements. Therefore users have no indication that these are dropdown fields not text fields.

These controls are being improperly announced by JAWS as an edit field rather than as a combobox as it should.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
controls should be announced by JAWS

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to Siebel sample Application using Internet Explorer 11 and Jaws 17
2. Go to any form applet and look for any field with drop down. For Ex
Opportunities. Navigate to 'Sales Stage' field and listen to JAWS 17. It just

announces as Sales Stage Edit type of text.

Issue: These controls are being improperly announced by JAWS as an edit
field rather than as a combobox as it should.
Jaws should Sales Stage as:" Sales Stage Combo Box, To Change the Selection
use the arrow keys" but it only says: Sales Stage Edit type or Text .

In Google Chrome it does work properly.
