ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Service Request Issue


In service Request form applet there is a field SR#. When user was selecting that SR#, he is getting some space in front of that SR number label that should be removed.

 

There is a preceding space in front of that SR number label in Service Request screen


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should not be any space in front of the SR number label


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Siebel
2. Goto service Request form applet
3. When user was selecting that SR#, he is getting some space in front of that SR number.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the SR# as it has a leading space
