Need your assistance.

When we attempt to login a Siebel CTI user we are getting a white screen and we are unable to log the user in. We are however able to log in a non CTI user.
Not sure what the issue is since we are not seeing any error messages on the screen and nothing that stands out in the logs.

Symptoms

On : 7.8.2.16 [19255] version, CTI

When attempting to login a Siebel CTI user we are getting a white screen and we are unable to log the user in.
the following error occurs.
