Navigate To Segments Tree Designer Screen In Siebel & Click On Site Map Button Not Working (Doc ID 2236440.1)

Symptoms

On : 16.0 [IP2016] / OBI 12c version, Siebel Marketing

Using FF or Chrome, when navigating from Segments view to Site Map, it hangs / freezes.

This works fine in IE11

If you navigate from Segments view to any view other than Site Map, then it goes to the view. From the view you can now navigate to Site Map


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Using FF or Chrome logon to Siebel Marketing
2. Go to Segments screen > Segment view or Segment Tree view
3. Now try to go to "Site Map"
4. It hangs and keeps in the Segment view.
