Unable to Access Siebel Application After Renewal of Certificates and Error "SBL-NET-01562: Unable to load private key" (Doc ID 2236691.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.10 [23021] version, Security / Authentication

After renewal of certificates in production environment, Siebel application is not accessible. It is failing with below error :

Tried updating KeyFile password in eapps.cfg and siebns.dat but it did not help.
