Transaction Sub Status Not Set For Accrual Transaction

User has a base promotion that calculates the points.
The business component accrual item list has the field 'SUB_STATUS_CD'.
If the base promotion triggers for the transaction the accrual item have the field 'SUB_STATUS_CD' empty, but in the other cases (when the other base and marketing promotion trigger) this field is filled the value 'Success'.
