"Tab" Functionality In List Applet (Doc ID 2237309.1)

Symptoms

On : 16.9 [IP2016] version, Upgrade

"Tab" functionality in list applet
upgrading from Siebel 8.1.1.11 to 16.9.0.0. After upgrade in the QA environment, in all the list applets the "Tab" keyboard shortcut to navigate through the list column fields gets stuck in the "Flag" field. This is obstructing to the data entry flow as the users hop to next field easily and are used to this.


STEPS To REPRO

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigate to any list Applet having the flag field.
Use tab to navigate through the fields.
if you dont enter any value in the flag field and tab , then ctrl moves to below child applet

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do data entry.
