Data Validation Pop Up Twice

On : 16.7 [IP2016] version, Client Functionality
When validation error occurs it is raised twice when an user is working on a child applet and click on a drop down menu or any MVG or Pick Icon on a parent applet.
Have the validation pop up to be raised only once.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Log into Siebel Call Center
2- Create a simple DVM rule set on Account BC
3- Set a simple rule such as [Account Status] = 'Active'
4- Invoke that Rule set on a Account PreWriteRecord Event. Reload Runtime Event.
5- Go to Contact Detail - Accounts View
6- Under a contact, create a account or update an existing one, make sure to set the Account Status different from "Active"
7- IMPORTANT: Don't explicitly save the record. Click on any drop down menu icon (Arrow down) or MVG or Pick Icon of the Contact Form Applet. DVM pops up twice.
